Black Bear’s Special Deli Maven Platter
This New York-style platter features deli favorites such as Black
Bear brisket pastrami and corned beef, Black Bear catering-style
turkey and roast beef, sour pickles, black and green olives,
and leaf lettuce. Serves 8-10, 15-20, or 25-30.
The Show Stopper
Features everyone’s favorites: Black Bear turkey breast and domestic
ham, domestic Swiss and American cheeses, black pitted olives and

The Lite Platter
A lighter version of our other featured meat and cheese platters.
Black Bear European-style cold cuts selection includes low-sodium
ham, lean USDA choice London broil roast beef, 98% fat-free
