Here’s a selection sure to please hearty eaters – triple-decker
sandwiches made with fresh rye bread. Choose any combination of three:
Black Bear roast beef, turkey, corned beef, pastrami, ham, or
Swiss cheese. Comes with cole slaw and our own Black Bear
sandwich dressing. Serves 12-15.
Finger Sandwiches
Your choice of deli or seafood sandwiches. Deli consists of finger rolls
stuffed with Black Bear domestic or Virginia ham, American cheese, Black
Bear turkey breast, and roast beef. Comes with mustard and mayonnaise
and stuffed or black pitted olives. The Seafood Platter consists of finger rolls
with tuna salad, shrimp, and seafood salad, served with green leaf lettuce
and cherry tomatoes. Both serve 12-15.
Pita Pockets
We offer several options – take your pick. Black Bear shaved ham, turkey
breast, roast beef, hummus or delicious tuna, egg, chicken or shrimp salad
stuffed into pita pockets. All choices come with lettuce and black and green
olives. Serves 12-15.
